Track and field encourages athletes of all abilities and ages to compete at their optimum level. Through training programs, participants can develop total fitness to compete in any sport.
Volunteers are always needed to help make the Special Olympics successful. Volunteers are needed to check teams in, run a skill and referee.
Don't freak out. We are looking for optimistic participation over perfection. You do not have to be a track star yourself to assist.
