North MS Rural Legal Services are looking for 2 volunteers to convert old conference materials from paper to digital so they can store them better. This would involve removing staples, unbinding, scanning the documents and uploading the scanned files. Al will explain everything in more detail and says it is not complicated.
Right now, they have conference materials from 1992 to 2023, each in binders, that need to be broken down (pages removed) and then scanned. They estimate that two people could do this for 4 hours each in 1-2 days.
