Lots of opportunities to help with the sunrise stampede - please choose what you would like to do and email Donna (info at the end of this)

I'm still looking for race day volunteers for the Sunrise Stampede on Saturday, August 13. There are openings in the following areas:

--Finish line - 7:45 AM - 10:00 AM (Assist race officials at finish line - cheering runners through the chutes, keeping them moving and in order, etc.). Still need 8 volunteers

--Water stations - 7:45 AM - 10:30 (Fill water cups, hand out to runners, put discarded cups into garbage bags). I have 3 water stations that I need to man - and need a total of 15 more volunteers. The water stations are a great spot for families or a sports team who want to volunteer together.

--Registration - 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM (Help runners complete race day registrations). 1 more volunteer needed.

--T-shirt/bib distribution - 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM. 4 more volunteers needed.

--Course marshals - 7:00 AM - until all runners/walkers have passed - probably till 10:30 or 11:00. (Direct runners on the course). 12 volunteers needed. NOTE: This is a new volunteer position!
