Madison McChesney's SCLA Capstone Project
December 15th 9:00 to 3:00
Volunteer to help first graders to paint rocks at Longmont Estates Elementary.
Need people to come and help monitor paint levels and to clean up.
This project is about sharing with others how far a little act of kindness can go by tracking the rocks and seeing where they have been moved to.
These rocks are going to be painted, collected, labeled, and put out into the community for other people to find.
Goals of this event:
Teach kids kind acts they can do; compliments, helping parents with chores, etc.
Encourage kids to paint something other people will want to find.
If you can miss the entire day of school- this would. be considered a school field trip.
