THE EXPO REQUIRES A TON OF PEOPLE TO RUN SMOOTHLY!!
YOUR VOLUNTEERING is "PAYING IT FORWARD" TO YOUR SENIOR YEAR!!
The Expo is a great opportunity to come and see all the SCLA Capstone Projects, sign up to volunteer for them and get some great ideas for future projects.
This Event is REQUIRED for all SCLA Members to attend.
This is an open house- so you can stop by anytime between 7-8:30pm.

Where: SCHS Commons
When: Wed. Nov. 18th, 7-8:30pm
FREE and open to the public.
SCLAers can get their free volunteer shirt there if they do not have one yet.
4:00pm - 6:00pm
set up for the expo
Move tables, set up tables - getting things all set up for the event
5:15pm - 6:30pm
Food Set up
Get all the trays set out with food.

T-shirt table
set out and organize the volunteer t-shirts SCLAers will get for free at the event

Check in Table
You will man the table where all SCLA students will check in to show they attended.

Share information about the upcoming SCLA trips to China, Costa Rica and Europe!

Finish giving out T-shirts to SCLAers and clean up the area. Box up T-shirts.
