SCHS Hosts the SVVSD New Teacher Orientation Meeting. Help is needed to be extra hands to assist the staff in making this a great day for all new teachers in the district.

Tasks listed below.
Overview Meeting with Tanya Sadler & division of tasks
Unload materials upon OPD arrival at Silver Creek
Supporting set-up of decor - commons / stage / vendor area
Filling participant bags
Hanging and checking classroom signage
Assisting Phil Goerner in checking all technology in designated classrooms
Verifying # of chairs in rooms
Supporting Ray & custodial staff in prep
Supporting vendors in set up of their area
Wrapping gifts
August 11th 6:45 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
Task
Stand at entrance to greet new hires as they arrive
Assist with check-in
Direct participants to vendor area, breakfast, auditorium, classrooms at designated times
Take photos - photo booth & random of participants for a slideshow
