Battle of the Bands is being run by Julianne Johnston’s Capstone, Wish Week. The event is partnering with 7 other Capstone projects including Pennies for Paws, Finding Freedom Within, Wildlife Connections, Concerts 4 Kumari, The 7e Project, Creek of H.O.P.E, and Creek for Mexico. As a roadie you will help move equipment, music, and anything else the band might need help with. You will also assist the stage manager with whatever they may need.

As a money counter, you will be in charge of sitting near the donation tubes throughout the event, running the entry booth and ticket money collection, giving out admission wristbands, and counting the money donated throughout the night.

As a project booh manager you will work with your assigned senior to represent their booth when they can not be there. You will need basic knowledge of the project so that you can answer any possible questions asked.

As a food server you will sit at the food booth, make drinks, answer any questions about food, and collect donations for food.

As an auction helper you will collect money specific to auction items, keep track of the purchaser, and give out items after payment has been complete.
