BoCo Public Safety Expo

Aaron Weiner's SCLA Capstone Project is hosting the BoCo Public Safety Expo at the Longmont Fairgrounds on Sunday, April 8th.
There are various volunteer opportunities to help at this great community event to introduce people to different areas of public safety!
Please wear your neon SCLA Volunteer shirt. If you don't have one contact Ms. Adams.
7:30am - 10:00am
Setup
Set up team will meet at SCHS to load tables and chairs to take to the fairgrounds- then head to fairgrounds to unload tables and chairs and setup the expo.
9:30am - 12:30pm
1st shift - Greeters, Direction givers and general helpers
help direct people around the expo- be the helpful people to make visitors feel welcome and able to find everything they are looking for!
12:00pm - 3:00pm
2nd shift -Greeters- direction givers
help direct people around the expo- be the helpful people to make visitors feel welcome and able to find everything they are looking for!
3:00pm - 5:00pm
Cleanup team
take down tables & Chairs, load onto trucks and take back to SCHS. Shift begins at the BoCo Fairgrounds and ends at Silver Creek HS
