Please join us for a special screening of “FESTIVALS of Nepal,” exploring the culture, traditions, and heritage of Nepal through film.

Through two documentaries, we will take a closer look at Nepal’s festivals and the traditions, rituals, music, and stories connected to them. The films offer an opportunity to learn more about Nepal and understand the cultural traditions that continue to connect generations.

The screening will also include a Q&A with the filmmaker, offering an opportunity to hear more about the stories behind the films and the work that went into documenting these traditions.

Whether you have a personal connection to Nepal or are simply interested in learning about another culture, we would love to have you join us.

Date: Tuesday, October 20, 2026

Time: Doors open at 5:30 PM. Screening begins at 6:00 PM.

Venue: Longmont Museum

The screening is free and open to everyone. Donations are welcome but are not required to attend.

We are also using this gathering to support communities affected by the devastating floods and landslides in Nepal. There are two ways you can take part:

DONATE & Share 

If you cannot attend, you can still support flood relief efforts in Nepal.

100% of donations raised through this event will go toward the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund in Nepal through the Longmont Community Foundation.

You are welcome to attend, donate, or do both. Even sharing this invitation helps bring greater awareness to Nepal’s cultural heritage and to the families and communities affected by the disaster.
