Family History Discovery Day - HS Volunteers

The Longmont Genealogical Society (a 501(c)3) is looking for some student volunteers for our Family History Discovery Day on October 11th.
The event runs from 10-2, but we could use volunteer help from 8am - 3 pm for set-up and clean up too. They don't need to stay all day, but I'd love if they could be there for at least 2 hours. We're looking for student volunteers to help set up, clean up, help with our children's table (family history activities, conversations, worksheets, etc), help direct folks where to go, refreshments table, greeter relief, etc. No prior knowledge of family history is needed - just looking for some extra hands and smiling faces!
Hosted by the Longmont Genealogical Society, Family History Discovery Day is a free event open to the public of all ages and backgrounds. Everyone is invited to join the fun on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1721 Red Cloud Road, Longmont, near the corner of 17th and Alpine.
