Middle School Instrumental Concert Reception

This is the final Middle School concert of the year, so let’s rally to show appreciation for our musicians. We truly
appreciate your time, as well as your food and beverage contributions.
We also need a few people to come help set-up the tables and lay out the food & beverages, as well as a few people to help clean-up after the reception. We also really need ONE extra person to help Annette Swain DURING the reception as we will be down one co-chair this evening.
All are welcome to sign up, even if your child isn't participating in the concert. You can drop off any non-perishable items in the front office any time prior to the event or in the Church Reception Room no later than 6:30pm. Please be sure your product donations have your name on them so you can be properly credited when you submit on TIF.
(Please remember, you can donate as much as you like or as many times as you like, however each family can only submit & get credit for a total of 5 service hours per school year for Donations of Approved Products)

2 packs of paper plates & napkins (quantity of 100) = 1 service hour
Three (3) white plastic table cloths (rectangular - 54" x 108")
