Donation of Concessions Items needed for this spring's production of James & the Giant Peach.
All are welcome to sign up, even if your child isn't participating in the production. You can drop off any non-perishable items in the front office any time prior to the event which will be taking place in the Parish Hall. Please be sure to label your items with your family's name. Please be sure to label your items with your family's name. Be sure to look at the quantity requested in the description in order to be fully credited for your service hour(s).
(Please remember, you can donate as much as you like or as many times as you like, however each family can only submit & get credit for a total of 5 service hours per school year for Donations of Approved Products)
2 cases of soda = 1 service hour (variety of sodas in cans only please)
2 boxes of 50 count hot chocolate packets = 1 service hour
2 chip variety packs (quantity of 25 bags or more -- any variety) = 1 service hour
2 packs (quantity 25 bags or more) = 1 service hour
1 box of individual trail mix bags (quantity of 28 bags or more) = 1 service hour
2 boxes (60 ct) store bought Rice Krispy treats = 1 service hour; 2 dozen homemade = 2 service hours
2 dozen store bought brownies = 1 service hour; 2 dozen homemade = 2 service hours
2 dozen store bought muffins = 1 service hour; 2 dozen homemade = 2 service hours
1 box (216 count) Ziploc quart size bags = 1 service hour
