Middle School Instrumental Concert Reception

HAPPY HOLIDAYS LHS families!!
We need your help with food, beverage, and paper goods donations to help make this Christmas Concert event a smashing success.
We also need a few people to come help set-up the tables and lay out the food & beverages, as well as a few people to help clean-up after the reception.
All are welcome to sign up, even if your child isn't participating in the concert. You can drop off any non-perishable items in the front office any time prior to the event which will be taking place in the Church Reception Room. Please be sure your name/student's name and grade are listed on your donation.
(Please remember, you can donate as much as you like or as many times as you like, however each family can only submit & get credit for a total of 5 service hours per school year for Donations of Approved Products)

When submitting hours on TIF, if you've donated product, please select Donation of Approved Product for the Event and in the Notes section let us know what you brought and how much. If you volunteered for set-up or clean-up, please select Instrumental Concert as the event.
