We are in need of a 10x10 EZ-Up tent for use during Homecoming. It can be picked up btw 5:00pm-6:00pm

Retrieve Bake Sale items from carpool line

Sell tickets, swag, hairspray, coffee, etc

2 cases of 16oz water bottles = 1 service hour

2 cases of soda = 1 service hour

1 case of Honest Kids Juice Boxes = 1 service hour (https://www.costco.com/Honest-Kids-Organic-Juice-Drink-Variety-Pack-6-fl...)

2 packs of paper plates & napkins (quantity of 100) = 1 service hour

2 chip variety packs (quantity of 25 or more -- any variety) = 1 service hour

Lift & move tables, boxes, soda, water, etc. to parking lot

Set-up tables, chairs, prizes, bake sale tent, etc.

Hang flags, blow up balloons, hang signs, set up booth décor

Help set up the tables and set up baked goods for the bake sale

Handle incoming ice deliveries throughout the day. Distribute & stock ice/soda & water to tents. (See Veronica Silva - velsasilva@gmail.com - for more details)
