Come and help send the 8th graders off with a fantastic celebration!
To continue with LH tradition, 7th grade parents pay it forward for the 8th grade parents to help out and run the graduation reception but almost ANYONE can help out if hours are still needed. Volunteers are needed for part of the day or are welcome to stay for the entire event. This is great way to see what happens the next year when our kids graduate. We need lots of hands to make this a special day, please come and help! You can earn service hours for this event, so please sign up!
**8th Grade Parents are not eligible for service hours as this is a grade level event**

Decorate
help 8th grade moms decorate room, create photo booth

Prep Work
volunteers to help finish any of the prep that needs to be done
5:30pm - 7:30pm
Reception
fill buckets with ice, accept catering/pizza delivery, place
food on tables, prep beverages, assemble salads, etc

Reception & Clean Up
help serve/replenish platters/keep tables neat, clean up, sweep,
take out trash, help pack up decorations and load into car(s)
