Snacks for Volunteers

We need a volunteer to get coffee from Starbucks or Coffee Bean (2 large travelers of regular coffee and 1 large of decaf, plus cups, creamer, sugar) and deliver to table outside Parish Hall.

morning snacks (can be fruit, muffins, Danish, doughnuts, etc.) for Volunteer Snack Table. Enough for about 20-25 people.

Water Set up

We need 2 strong people to fill 5 coolers with ice (from ice machine by Parish Hall). Take 2 filled coolers to Harrison Field and 3 filled coolers to lunch buffet area
After the Olympic games, the water volunteers will bring Olympics coolers over to lunch area in the Quad

Dressing Room Help – Boys

2 people needed to help pin/fold Chitons. Return to changing room after Parish Hall performances to help kids get out of their Chitons and into their Olympics uniforms. Check changing rooms after lunch to make sure everything is cleaned up.
