Costumed Interpretation Training
Saturday, June 22 2024
Whether you're learning the ropes of interpreting history or just want a helpful refresher, this 3rd person interpretation training can help with your volunteering journey. During this training session, we will be discussing the basic tenants of 3rd person interpretation, as well as digging into the finer points of how to effectively engage visitors. You can expect to learn how to become a more effective educator, how to deal with difficult situations and/or visitors, some pointers on conducting historical research, as well as how to engage with the environment around you.
