In the new year, we will be focusing on updating your volunteer paperwork, including the waiver of liability/photo release, emergency contact, and background check (if done more than 4 years ago). During this time, we can also update your volunteer badge and hand out volunteer t-shirts. Please see the attached waiver/photo release and emergency contact forms. You can print them, complete them, and hand the paperwork in when you come by. This will expedite the process for you.

Come by the HR office to update your volunteer paperwork, have your photo taken for your ID badge, and pick up a volunteer t-shirt
