Second day of two day event. Select athletes race Saturday, but all athletes race Sunday.
6:30am - 7:00am
Set Up Hospitality Area
Heavy items will be left overnight. Bring out athlete utensils, breakfast plates, cups, set up area, ready for breakfast crew.

7:00am - 11:00am
Serve Breakfast/Snacks
Serve breakfast and snacks for rowers. Clean up as you go. At 10:30, put away breakfast items, and prepare space for lunch.

11:00am - 3:00pm
Serve Lunch/Snacks
Serve lunch and snacks for rowers. Make sure all rowers have eaten after the last race of the day before you clean up.

3:00pm - 5:00pm
Serve last racers and then Clean Up
Serve final lunch and snacks through to last racing teams. Pack up bins
Break down tables / LGRC Signs
Help to load up trailer / cars. (Make sure last athletes to race have eaten before you fully clean up!)
Remove trash from our area and put in site dumpsters.
