Fault Line Face-Off - Day 1- San Pablo Reservoir (Novice and Varsity)

Saturday is a small event where only lunch will be served. Sunday is the main race.
Time slots are subject to change based on race day schedules.

Notes:
Dogs are allowed in the park, but only on a leash. Dogs are not allowed along the shoreline or in the water.
From Los Gatos:
Take I-880 North
Keep right to continue on I-980 Eats, follow signs for CA-24/ Walnut Creek
Merge onto CA-24 E
Take the exit toward Moraga
Turn left onto Camino Pablo (Camino Pablo becomes San Pablo Dam Road)
Stay on Camino Pablo/ San Pablo Dam Road for two miles
Entrance for park is on your right
Load Trailer with checklist items/bins from storage bin at Boathouse.
Get list of food needed for regatta and purchase food at Costco. If food cannot be delivered to regatta site, then Coordination of food drop off must be made before trucks leave the boathouse on Friday morning.
Drive loaded Uhaul trailer to regatta site, and contact Tent Set Up team for unload. Driver must have a trailer hitch and a truck or SUV that is suitable to haul.
Set up easy-up tents, tables, signs, etc. We will be able to set up on Saturday and leave up for Sunday.
See that the event runs smoothly, answer questions, make sure all volunteers can leave their shifts to cheer their athletes.
Prepare and serve food (heavy snacks and lunch). Clean up as you go.
Return all items to bins, and secure bins in Hospitality trailer if needed. Ensure all food is cleaned up and trash disposed of properly. You may leave the tents and tables up for the next day.
