Southwest championships is a FULL weekend event at Lake Natoma. Buses will leave Thursday night to drive teams up. Athletes will miss school on Friday, 5/1, so plan accordingly. Friday will be a practice day, Saturday a full day of racing, and Sunday a partial day of racing, pending the schedules. Schedules have not been released and shift times will change according to race details.

9:00am - 12:00pm
Trailer Haul to Regatta
Driver will need to either have a truck or SUV large enough to haul all Hospitality bins and coolers (no tables/chairs/tents) or be able to tow a trailer.

Load Trailer (THURSDAY)
Coordinate with trailer/truck driver to get vehicle loaded with hospitality bins from boathouse

Costco run
Purchase list of items needed for the weekend from Costco. Coordinate with Trailer load to load dry goods onto trailer on Thursday before trailer leaves for Sacramento.

HOSPITALITY MANAGERS
Help to ensure all shifts are filled, food is scheduled and delivered/picked up, schedules are maintained or adjusted according to race schedule. Serve as point of contact for event for volunteers and vendors. This position does NOT need to necessarily attend the event or stay at the event.
