The Shamrock Invitational is a two day 2000m dual-format regatta.

** All shift times are subject to change slightly once race schedules are released. Please check your shift time the day before the race for corrections.

7:30am - 8:30am
Hospitality Tent Set Up

Unload necessary items from bins and coolers that were stored away from day before.
Set up Grill, if needed.
Put TableClothes on tables, set up chairs, if needed, ensure tent is prepared for Breakfast Shift volunteers.

Breakfast/Snack Shift

Breakfast/Snack Duty
Prepare breakfast for rowers - Slice fruit, put out breakfast items (granola, nuts, etc) Breakfast clean up

Lunch/Afternoon Snack Shift

Rowers will likely eat out, however we will have sandwich fixings set out and available for lunch/snack. Ensure snacks are replenished.
