Los Gatos Rowing Club

Help to ensure all shifts are filled, food is scheduled and delivered/picked up, schedules are maintained or adjusted according to race schedule. Serve as point of contact for event for volunteers and vendors. This position does NOT need to necessarily attend the event or stay at the event.

Unload the LGRC Trailer,
Set up tents and tables
Set up grills
Put up LGRC signs on tents
Attach tent sides if needed
Hang Clothing Hooks for bags

Serve as Liaison for Panera Bread delivery at Regatta Site. Coordinate and communicate with Driver a pick up location.

Set up and Hand out Panera Breakfasts.
Prepare breakfast items for rowers - Slice fruit, put out breakfast items (oatmeal, nuts, etc) Have hot water in kettle available, cook/serve breakfast
Breakfast clean up

Get list of food needed for regatta and purchase food at Costco. If food cannot be delivered to regatta site, then Coordination of food drop off must be made before trucks leave the boathouse on Friday morning.

Pick up Chipotle lunch items from Los Gatos Chipotle and drive them up to Regatta.

Set Up Chipotle lunch for Rowers;Ensure flow of rowers is organized and that food is replenished as needed.

Set out afternoon snacks
Please DO NOT clean up lunch until ALL ROWERS have finished racing and eating.

Take any dishes/tableclothes/utensils used at regatta and make sure they are washed and returned to the boathouse by the next Saturday practice.

Load Trailer with checklist items/bins from storage bin at Boathouse.

Unload Bins from Trailer and return to Storage bin at Boathouse

Pack up bins
Break down tables / grill / tents / LGRC Signs
Load up Trailer or Trucks with items to return to Boathouse.
