Hospitality Trailer Driver
Drive the hospitality trailer up from the boathouse to the venue. Can be picked up Thursday night or early Friday morning.

Bus Chaperone (there and back)
Assist coaches chaperoning the bus ride up to the venue.
2:00pm - 3:30pm
Hospitality Set Up
Unload the trailer and set Up the Hospitality Tent, providing snacks for athletes.

3:30pm - 5:30pm
Hospitality Tent and Clean Up
Continue to provide snacks for athletes during practice and assist with clean up of tent for the evening.
4:00pm - 8:00pm
Hotel chaperone
Sit in the lobby of the hotel as contact person for athlete, volunteers, and coaches. Great job to take while you get some work done!
