Location:
625 Second Street in Petaluma (adjacent to the southeast corner of the main parking lot for the Foundry Wharf office complex)
Parking:
ATHLETES/COACHES/VOLUNTEERS - Parking is at 2080 Lakeville Highway (Tomales Bay Foods). Entrance is on Marina Drive (off of HWY 116).
DROP OFF - Use Baywood Drive entrance - then proceed as directed to parking area at 2080 Lakeville Highway.
SPECTATORS -- We suggest that you park in the area of Shollenberger Park, which is the best place to view the regatta. Petaluma Green Taxi will provide shuttle service from the Marina to the entrance of Shollenberger Park.
Purchase supplies (from provided shopping list) at Costco during the week before the event. Note the list will be different/longer this year. Please be prepared to front the cost of the shop and be reimbursed. Deliver food to regatta or coordinate to have it go up with the trailer.
Load the trailer at the boathouse. In the shed there is a laminated instruction sheet of what to pack. Items include storage bins, tables, easy-ups, etc. Time is flexible.
Unload the trailer at the site and set up the tent, signs, equipment, etc.
Prep breakfast/snacks and oversee fueling our athletes for the morning.
Clean up breakfast afterwards.
Prep lunch and oversee fueling our athletes for the afternoon. Clean up lunch after all rowers have finished racing and eating.
Take home all dirty dishes, wash them, and return them to the boathouse the following practice.
Thoroughly clean up everything. Break down tables, tents, etc. after lunch crew is finished. Load trailer. (Nothing dirty may be put in the trailer, please).
Unload trailer contents back to the shed on Sunday. Time is flexible. (time noted is just a placeholder)
