Los Gatos Rowing Club

Purchase supplies (from provided shopping list) at Costco during the week before the event. Note the list will be different/longer this year. Please be prepared to front the cost of the shop and be reimbursed. Deliver food to regatta or coordinate to have it go up with the trailer.

Drive the hospitality trailer from the boathouse to the regatta. Must own a vehicle with a proper trailer hitch. Must be willing to get there early. Breakfast prep cannot begin until the supplies are there!

Ride with the kids both to and from the regatta

Stop at Starbucks to purchase a gallon box of coffee and 2 gallons hot water for tea/cocoa. Stop by a grocery store for several large bags of fresh ice. Need to delivery by 7:30

Unload the trailer at the site and set up the tent, signs, equipment, etc.

For committed LGRC hospitality parent! Before the event, decide menu (with coach approval) and preview the shopping list. Day of the event, manage the preparation and serving of breakfast and lunch. Previous regatta hospitality experience required- please email rachelle@lopp.com for info before taking this position.

Prep breakfast/snacks and oversee fueling our athletes for the morning.
Clean up breakfast afterwards.

Prep lunch and oversee fueling our athletes for the afternoon. Clean up lunch after all rowers have finished racing and eating.

Take home all dirty dishes, wash them, and return them to the boathouse the following practice.

Thoroughly clean up everything. Break down tables, tents, etc. after lunch crew is finished. Load trailer. (Nothing dirty may be put in the trailer, please).

Unload trailer contents back to the shed on Monday. Time is flexible.
