Los Gatos Holiday Parade

LGRC gathers before the parade to socialize and decorate a club trailer to be our "float" in the parade. Parents provide holiday treats for the athletes before the parade. We also need a few parents to walk in the parade with the athletes as chaperones. Athletes arrive at 9:30a.m., parade begins at 11:00a.m.
**When signing up, please add the name of the volunteer in the notes field**
Pick up our order of bagels from Noah's @ 15996 Los Gatos Blvd. between 8:15a-8:30a. Bring to the tents by the trailer for the athletes.
Set up 2 LGRC tents and 2 tables, set up treats and bagels for athletes.
Bring 2 dozen baked goods for athlete treats wile decorating the trailer and socializing.
Bring jug of orange juice for athletes.
Bring package/flat of small sized water bottles for athletes
Break down and clean up LGRC treat area. Put trash in bags, fold up tables and tents.
Walk with athletes through parade route.
