Van will need to be unloaded of the day's supplies. Tents/tables/chairs will be provided be venue. LGRC sign will need to be hung on club tent. Set up hospitality items and water stations for athletes.

Continue serving afternoon snacks. Put away all food, plates, and utensils into bins. Food bins will need to be loaded into the van. Other hospitality items will stay in the tent overnight.

Help set up and organize catered dinner for athletes/coaches/bus drivers at athlete hotel (Courtyard Marriott, Folsom - 2575 Iron Point Road). Serve dinner, help organize any leftovers for athletes to snack on, tidy up conference rooms.

Be available in hotel lobby to assist athletes or parents as needed. Redirect athletes trying to leave the hotel back to their rooms beginning at 9:00p.m. Great job to do while you get some work done!
