Come together with our St. Isidore School and Parish community to enjoy this Lenten tradition on Friday, March 13, 2026 from 5:30PM -7:30PM. Help is needed to set-up the Cardelli Gym, work the buffet line, and clean up at the end of the night. It is an easy and casual way to earn some last minute PEP hours! If the times you can work don't match with shift times, don't worry. Just let me know and we can make it work. If you have any questions, please contact Karen Gustafson at kgustafson@stisidore.org.

Event Setup

Help set up the gym for the event, including setting up tables/chairs, putting table cloths on dining tables and buffet tables, setting out serve-ware and drink dispensers

Final Event Prep & Kitchen Help

Stock/setup non-alcoholic drinks
Help kitchen staff to plate and put out food on the buffet line
Prep bars
Help with food prep
Replenish Buffet
Refill Drink Dispensers and Pitchers & Monitor Lemonade

Help clean up buffet lines, empty and clean drink dispensers, throw out trash, break down tables & chairs, remove tarp from floor. *Earn double hours.
