Together, we can make the Academy-Marvintown neighborhood a safer, more caring place to live.
The inaugural National Night Out at the Mercy Anchor Community Center will be a host to fun games, free food, and vendors that will have lots of things to browse.
This team will help us set up all items needed for the event - tables, chairs, supplies, pick up food, set up decorations, etc.
These volunteers will be responsible for the sanitary distribution of food that we will have available for the event: pizza, chip, cookies, lemonaid, water, etc.
These volunteers will be responsible for setting up and facilitating the MCW activity and prize booth.
These volunteers will be responsible for the table set up and sales of limited selection of items from Daily Threads.
Purses, jewelry, dresses.
These two volunteers are responsible to trying to track how many individuals attend our event and take lots of photos.
These two volunteer are responsible for setting up and facilitating the MCW info booth and giveaway.
Giveaway: Collect contact cards for entrance into raffle for Starbucks cup and up to $50 gift card. There are 9 chances to win.
Take Photos, check on the booths, count attendees, help table set ups, grab supplies, check the trash canes, play with kids. This person will be taking care of small tasks that won't take the whole time, but still need done.
This table will be full of free itms to be given away: flip flops, socks, lotion, children's clothes, etc.
Pick up pizza and subs @3:30 and 4:30
