High Plains Environmental Center

Help the Nursery team in their mission to provide native, low-water, pollinator-friendly plant species to the public in an effort to restore nature where we live, work, and play. Work alongside passionate, knowledgable staff and volunteers to care for plants and prepare customers' orders. 

Report to: Nursery Team

Meet at: Nursery, behind Visitor's Center

Recommended gear: Water bottle, closed toed shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, dress in layers.

Ages: Teen-Adult, children welcome if accompanied by parent/guardian.

First time volunteers must complete a waiver. Minors must have their parent/guardian sign the waiver.
