They give out bikes on Saturdays only. The process is they have to be there by 8:30am latest, whereupon they pick a number and enter a lottery. If they aren’t within a certain number for that day they have to try again, so nothing is necessarily guaranteed. If not successful they punch the persons ticket and I believe on the third try, if still unsuccessful, a third punch basically guarantees someone a bike. Everything depends on turnout and how many people are there on that specific Saturday. The lottery happens by 9am so by 9:30am latest they’ll know if successful or not. They can help communicate whatever it is that is needed. 2) Contact the Volunteer Coordinator if you encounter any issues. 3) Please track your volunteer hours using the Track It Forward tool online and list the name of the client you assisted in the Comments/Notes section.
