✨Spring Fling Volunteer Opportunities✨

We have MANY volunteer opportunities for you to help make this year's Spring Fling event a success! We deeply appreciate your help.
➡️ You do NOT need to purchase a ticket to the event to be a volunteer! Please note that seating & dinner is reserved for ticket purchasers.

✨ Volunteer Opportunities BEFORE the day of the event:

~~Assemble Nametags: April 21st @ School Reading Room, 12:30-2:00 PM ~~
Assemble nametags, add drink tickets, and put in alphabetical order.

~~Bring Auction Baskets to Southview: April 21st @ School, 2:30-3:30~~
Volunteers will load Auction Baskets into their vehicles and bring to Southview.

~~Set up for the event: Friday April 21st @ Southview Country Club, 3:00-7:00pm~~
Volunteers will meet at Southview Country Club to help prepare for the event. Tasks will include decorating tables, carrying display items, and general set-up activities. Volunteers are welcome for all or a portion of the time slot.

✨ Volunteer Opportunites for day of Event - Saturday, April 22nd:

Saturday, April 22nd @Southview Country Club:

~~Guest Check-in 4:30-7:30PM ~~
Half-hour online training session prior to the event to learn the steps to check in a guest in GiveSmart (our giving platform). Instructions will be emailed prior to the Spring Fling. Check-in guests on a laptop or iPad as they arrive at Southview and answer any questions they have. A script will be provided. *Please bring your own laptop or iPad to work on.

~~Guest Check-out 9-10PM~~
Half hour online training session prior to the event to learn the steps to checking out guests in GiveSmart (our giving platform). Instructions will be emailed prior to the Spring Fling. Guests will come to the check-out table to make their payment for ALL donations made once the program is complete.*Please bring your own laptop or iPad to work on.

~~Raffles & Game 5PM - 7PM~~
Volunteers will be stationed at our game and raffle tables. Volunteers will help guests buy tickets to our simple and fun "1-100" game as well as raffle tickets for baskets. They will also track purchases and log them into our giving platform. *Please bring your own laptop or iPad to work on.

~~Auction Closer: Approx. 7:30-8:30PM ~~
You will receive a list of auction item winners just after the auction closes and will label the items with the winner's bidder numbers and name. Pack up remaining items into bins for winners not present.

~~Auction Item Assistant: 9-10PM~~
Assist guests with finding silent auction items they have won. Help carry items as needed.

~~Clean-up after the event: 9:15-10:15~~
Volunteers are needed to help take down and clean up after the event and load items into vehicles. Volunteers may be in attendance at the event or meet at Southview Country Club to help.

Auction Bidding Assistance
Cocktail hour Auction Support. We will have 5 tables of auction items for viewing. These volunteers will stand near the tables and answer any questions and help place bids for donors via iPad if requested. *Please bring your own iPad or laptop
