Volunteering at Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana
Wednesday, April 12 2023
NELA Food Bank at Monroe is one of the five food banks in Louisiana, leading the fight against hunger in our community. NELA Food Bank serves 12 parish regions with a mission to provide food, hope and dignity to our neighbors who struggle with hunger. NELA Food Bank distributes over 5 million pounds of food annually and three programs that directly provide food to the most vulnerable – children and seniors.
With the passion for “To Help Others,” that brought us to VCOM, let us join our hands to help the Food Bank serve our community!
Please find below, the rules to volunteer at the Food Bank. Please arrive five minutes before the shift time.
