Sequoia - May Faire SUPPLIES (Due 5/4) & VOLUNTEERS (Event 5/5)

The school's May Faire is Friday, May 5th. This is a student-only event that will be held during school hours. Please help this event happen by signing up for some slots below.
VOLUNTEERS (5/5 - We could use some volunteers to assist (or just be with our 7th Graders, playing games) during May Faire on Friday 5/5.
Itinerary:
0845: Crown Making (in the Classroom)
0930: Assembly / Faculty May Pole Dance
1015: May Pole
1045: Craft / Activity (Classroom)
1115: Observe Puppet Show
1145: Lunch
1215: Chores / Dismissal
UPDATE: Here are the volunteer time windows which have been updated in the sign-up below.
0845-1015: Crown Making / Assembly
1015-1200: Help escort the class to various activities
SUPPLIES - Our class has a few supplies left from last year, but it is dwindling so we want to ensure we have enough supplies for each kid to make a crown.
If you have easy access to a bunch of grape vines, feel free to snag as many slots as possible. The flowers get to be delivered the morning of Thursday, May 4th so they are fresh (The other supplies may be delivered any time next week up to end-of-day Thursday). Flowers are generally distributed to all classrooms, so if each family was able to donate a bundle, it would be a wonderful support for the celebration.
