It is tradition for the Waldorf 2nd graders to bake the traditional saffron bread. We are still working out the details on if we need to bake this for just our class or if we need to bake for our class as well as others.
The plan is to have the dough already prepared by a few volunteer parents at home, then it will be brought to school on the 9th where the students will form it into spiral rolls, add raisins, and bake.
