Aspen Class Faculty Lunch and Hearth Needs

We are providing the faculty with our second and final Build-Your-Own Sub Sandwhich Lunch Buffet on Friday, May 9. Aspen class parents are responsible for setting up, providing food, and cleaning up. Each item is open to your interpretation, be creative and homemade, or run to the store to grab something!
We do have vegan and gluten-free staff and please remember we are a peanut free school. We are also feeding 55 people so we need people to sign up for more than 1 item in order to make this a success!
I've also added in the Hearth Refill needs as well. Hearth items can be dropped any time during the week Tuesday, the 6th-Friday, the 9th. Fresh faulty lunch items need to be dropped off at the front office, Friday morning no later than 11:30 AM.
Please be there at 11:45 AM. Set up will take place in the gym and Kassie at the front office will show you where all the dropped off items were placed.
Please be there around 1:30 to begin clean up. We will most likely have crock pots to clean and return to families.
