City of Chico, Parks Division, PALS Volunteers

Chico Velo Trailworks will take advantage of another weekend of nice weather, and get out on Sunday for more work on Middle Trail. Come out to help with a rock armoring project on a section near the intersection of B. This is the second of two session, meeting at 11:30am on Sunday December 7th, at the Rod and Gun Club in Upper Bidwell Park. We will carpool up the park road, to the worksite, and may need to ask volunteers to drive their personal vehicles, depending on how many join us.
Tools and basic PPE will be provided. Please wear closed-toe shoes and bring water and any essential items you need. This work can be strenuous, but its a fun skill to learn and its rewarding.
