Hike the Erosion Line with Bidwell Park Artist-in-Residence Eve Werner. Meeting place, 9 AM,: Kiosk at Upper Park Designated Parking Lot E. Drive past the observatory and Road and Gun Club, turn left into the parking lot. Learn how Chico Creek Canyon’s unique geology leads to fragile trails and how Bidwell Park’s unique new environmental artwork spotlights, and helps to track, damaging trail erosion. This is a one-mile hike on steep and uneven terrain. Closed-toe shoes required. Bring water. Ages 8 and up.
