Help Celebrate Our Schools

Assist PEF and PUSD staff with this fantastic event that celebrates Pasadena public schools. Volunteers are needed to set up, assist staff, students, and families with the behind-the-scenes work of the festivities!

Volunteers will help move tables, put up decor, direct traffic flow, and assist with general event set up and wrap. The ability to lift up to 20-25 lbs. is desirable, but volunteers can be accommodated with other tasks.

**Please remember this is a special event. We ask volunteers to dress in comfortable, business casual attire and/or wear all black. No shorts please.**

A pre-event Google Meeting will be held on May 6 at 4:30 - 5 PM to update volunteers on their roles and give additional details.

WHERE:
Pasadena City Hall - Courtyard
100 Garfield Ave, Pasadena, CA 91101

CHECK IN:
All volunteers should check in at the front of City Hall on Garfield Ave and report to N.C. Inguanzo, PEF Community Engagement Manager. See area marked with an orange "X" on the map attached.

PARKING:
Please use street parking adhering to all local parking signs or park in the nearest lot. Volunteers who would like to be reimbursed for parking should provide us with a copy of their parking receipt. See areas circled in orange on the map attached.

RESTRICTIONS:
Volunteers must be 21+ years old to serve at this event.

DETAILS & INSTRUCTIONS:
- Arrive at the start time of your shift.
- All volunteers are strongly encouraged to wear a mask.
- Dress appropriately for a school setting, including movement. Comfortable shoes are suggested. Business casual is recommended.

**If you cannot make your shift, please let us know right away. Never volunteer if you are not feeling well. Cancel your shift.**
