Madison Elementary's Family Literacy & Earth Day

Madison Elementary School’s Family Literacy & Earth Day event will involve a variety of hands-on art and literature events a well as story times and activities with our community partners.
We are looking for volunteers to work with staff and teachers to help set up and monitor various activities in the classrooms. Setup will begin at 4pm and cleanup should end by 7pm. The event itself will run from 5 - 6:30 PM.

PARKING:
Please park on nearby streets adhering to all parking signs. Go to the entrance of the school marked with a blue "x" on the map attached.

Geoff Albert, Director of Community Engagement at Pacific Oaks (galbert@pacificoaks.edu). Feel free to email him with any questions. He will be point of contact for volunteers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Volunteers must be 15+ years old and will be checked via Megan's Law. (https://www.meganslaw.ca.gov/)
High school students can earn community service hours for graduation.
Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
