Volunteer to ready books to go to PUSD students.

We need assistance organizing books and preparing them for distribution: labeling, sorting, and helping with the general upkeep of educational materials for PUSD students.

Please feel free to bring your earphones to listen to an audio book or music while you help.

WHERE:

Pasadena Unified School District Warehouse
740 W Woodbury Rd, Altadena, CA 91103

PARKING & ENTRANCE:

Park in a visitor spot in the main parking lot. Enter through the door up the stairs that says "Warehouse". PUSD Staff will greet you there.

DRESS:

Dress for comfort, mobility, and the weather. We suggest you wear sneakers. The floor is concrete. You will work in either the main warehouse area or a side classroom. Note: The warehouse area opens to the outside and does not have heat or AC.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS:

- High school students aged 15 and up can serve with parent permission.

If you cannot make your shift, please let us know right away. Never volunteer if you are not feeling well. Cancel your shift.
