Pasadena Educational Foundation

Volunteers will assist PUSD Health Services by greeting families and children aged 5 - 11 who will receive COVID vaccines and clinic traffic flow. Volunteers must be FULLY IMMUNIZED for COVID. Masks required. Must be 18 years old or older to volunteer.

Please arrive on time to get briefed on your duties and get specific on-site instructions.

Volunteers will have access to staff bathrooms.

Clinic Schedule:
1:30pm – Staff check-in and set-up
2 pm - VOLUNTEERS ARRIVE
2:30-4pm – Registration and Vaccinations
5pm – Breakdown

WHERE:
Longfellow Elementary School
1065 E Washington Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91104

PARKING:
Please park on nearby streets adhering to all parking signs. (We suggest you park north of Washington Blvd so you do not have to cross that busy street.)

REPORT TO:
The clinic will take place in the school auditorium. You can enter from a door off of Catalina Ave or go to the Main Office off of Washington Blvd. Tell staff you are there to help with the clinic. They can direct you to the auditorium. The auditorium is marked with a red "x" in the attached map.

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:
- Dress for comfort, mobility, and the weather.
- Wear closed-toed, soft soled shoes. No heels on the gym floor.
- Wear a mask!
- Gloves and hand sanitizer will be provided.
- Please bring your own water.
- KN95 mask will be provided for you when you arrive.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS:

**All volunteers help with the understanding that they do so at their own risk. Anytime a person leaves their home, they increase their chance of exposure to COVID-19.**

We are asking for a specific number of volunteers. If you cannot make your shift, please let us know right away. Never volunteer if you are not feeling well. Cancel your shift.
