Pediatric COVID Clinic @ Madison Elementary School

Volunteers will assist PUSD Health Services and Pasadena Public Health by greeting children aged 5 - 11 who will receive COVID vaccines and clinic traffic flow. Volunteers must be FULLY IMMUNIZED for COVID. Masks required. Must be 18 years old or older to volunteer.
Please arrive on time to get briefed on your duties and get specific on-site instructions.
Volunteers will have access to staff bathrooms, waters, and snacks.
The Pasadena Public Health Department will provide Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines for those ages 5-11 years only at Madison Elementary School.
Clinic Schedule:
1:30pm – Staff check-in and set-up
2 pm - VOLUNTEERS ARRIVE
2:30-4pm – Registration and Vaccinations
5pm – Breakdown

Please park on nearby streets adhering to all parking signs.
REPORT TO:
Exact Location on Madison Campus TBD - Volunteers will be notified and given a map prior to service.
WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:
- Dress for comfort, mobility, and the weather.
- Wear closed-toed, soft soled shoes. No heels on the gym floor.
- Wear a mask!
- Gloves and hand sanitizer will be provided.
- Water & snacks will be provided. Feel free to bring your own water as well.
SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
**All volunteers help with the understanding that they do so at their own risk. Anytime a person leaves their home, they increase their chance of exposure to COVID-19.**
We are asking for a specific number of volunteers. If you cannot make your shift, please let us know right away. Never volunteer if you are not feeling well. Cancel your shift.
