PUSD Thanks to You BBQ

Volunteer to help with set up, serve food, and clean up for a "Thanks to You BBQ" Hosted by Superintendent McDonald.
This is a special event to thank the employees who serve as the backbone of the school district... those who work in the PUSD HQ building, warehouse, maintenance/operations, our principals, and assistant principals. Help us celebrate their dedicated service to PUSD students and families. Please see a copy of the invite is attached below.
This is a private, outdoor event and is made possible through the support of PUSD, PTA Council of PUSD, and New York Life. Should rain occur on the day of the event, it will be moved inside the PUSD HQ Building. Please dress appropriately for these conditions.
WHERE:
PUSD HQ - Back Parking Lot
351 S. Hudson Ave.
Pasadena, CA 91101
Enter the parking lot from the Hudson Ave side.
PARKING:
Park on nearby side streets adhering to all parking signs or in the shopping center lot on the corner of Hudson and Del Mar.
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS AND NOTES:
- All volunteers must be 18+ years old, fully immunized for COVID-19, and wear a mask.
- Hand sanitizer, aprons, and gloves will be provided.
- Please allow for time to park and arrive on time!
Ask for NC Inguanzo or Tony Gordo of PEF. They will direct your service.
