Pasadena Educational Foundation

Volunteers will assist PUSD Health Services by directing traffic, registration, and observation for families as they make their way through through our neighborhood COVID Vaccination clinic.

Please arrive on time to get briefed on your duties and get specific on-site instructions. The clinic hours for families are 9 AM - Noon. Your arrival time of 8 AM allows for time to set up and a volunteer briefing. Your departure time of 12:15 PM allows for helping staff to wrap up the site.

Volunteers will have access to staff bathrooms and a designated break area.

WHERE:
Pasadena Unified School District Headquarters
351 S. Hudson Ave.
Pasadena, CA 91101

PARKING:
Please park either in the staff lot off of Del Mar Ave (see map area marked "park" in blue) or on nearby streets adhering to all parking signs.

REPORT TO:
The back parking lot (see map area marked "clinic" in blue) and ask for Katia Ahmed, PUSD Health Services Coordinator. She is your point person on site and will direct your volunteer service.

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:
- Dress for comfort, mobility, and the weather.
- Wear closed-toe sneakers.
- Wear a hat to protect your face from the sun. Don't forget to put on sunscreen!
- Double mask yourself.
- Gloves and hand sanitizer will be provided.
- Water & snacks will be provided. Feel free to bring your own water as well.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS:

**All volunteers help with the understanding that they do so at their own risk. Anytime a person leaves their home, they increase their chance of exposure to COVID-19.**

We are asking for a specific number of volunteers. If you cannot make your shift, please let us know right away. Never volunteer if you are not feeling well. Cancel your shift.
