We are delighted to announce the Bridgerton-themed Alverno mother-daughter brunch event! The social season is upon us!
Our hope is that these festivities will give all ladies in attendance something to buzz about for days to come.
Dad & brothers...we are calling on you to assist us in making this event extra special.

Approximate event time: 11:30 am - 4 pm
Location: The Villa

We'll need assistance Sunday morning starting at 9 am as well as throughout the afternoon. Various time slots are listed below. Our amazing event chair is Christina Hidalgo, who can be reached at 951-203-1069 or via email at cgar98@yahoo.com if you have any questions.

9:00am - 12:00pm
Set up on Sunday

This will include tables, chairs, linen, umbrellas, centerpieces, plates, utensils, program set on each table. Set up drink table and fill pitchers. Display prizes for raffle.

Place food on serving trays on buffet tables.

Stand at the buffet table to serve food onto plates.

Clean up

Clean up post event: clean tables of supplies, food, drinks, decor. Roll tables to side. Stack chairs on side. Stand umbrellas up to the side. Wash pitchers used for drinks. Throw a trash away.
