Middletown -- Theater Parents -- Open Night -- dinner for cast/crew

It's Opening night for the much anticipated Alverno Fall Play, Middletown. The cast and crew will be at the Sierra Madre Playhouse and will need nourishment to get through the opening night. We are asking 3 parents to coordinate a meal for the cast/crew --please add your contact information (email and phone number).
***Please ensure the entire cast/crew, including hair and makeup crew and Mrs. Cales have dinner before wrapping up dinner at 5:45 pm.
Some suggestions are Panda Express, Pollo Loco, In and Out Burgers (chips/cookie on the side), Pizza/Pasta and Salad/Salad dressing, Tacos/Burritos, Subway sandwiches and chips/cookies --we will need a meal for 35 people. Please consider those students who are vegetarian and/or have nut/dairy allergy. Please provide plates, napkins, forks, knives and serving utensils.
Meals must be delivered to Sierra Madre Playhouse located on Sierra Madre Blvd. no later than 4:30 pm (time will be confirmed closer to the date). If one parent can stay to help set up, serve and quickly clean up, additional time will be given. Email receipt to apaservicehours@alvernoheights.org.

Each parent will receive 3 hours for this event. For every $25 one (1) hour is applied towards service hours.
