Middletown -- Fall Play -- to the theater parents -- dinner for cast/crew

The students have been busy getting ready for their much anticipated Alverno Fall Play, Middletown. They will be at the Sierra Madre Playhouse rehearsing and finalizing their lines and will need nourishment to get through these rigorous days. We are asking 3 parents to coordinate a meal for the cast/crew --please add your contact information (email and phone number).
Some suggestions are Panda Express, Pollo Loco, In and Out Burgers (chips/cookie on the side), Pizza/Pasta and Salad/Salad dressing, Tacos/Burritos, Subway sandwiches and chips/cookies --we will need a meal for 35 people. Please consider those students who are vegetarian and/or have nut/dairy allergy. Please provide plates, napkins, forks, knives and serving utensils.
Meals must be delivered to Sierra Madre Playhouse located on Sierra Madre Blvd. no later than 5 pm (time will be confirmed closer to the date). If one parent can stay to help set up and serve and clean up, additional time will be given.

Each parent will receive 3 hours for this event. For every $25 one (1) hour is applied towards service hours.
