Middletown -- Fall Play -- to the Theater Parents - lunch to be served between 1 and 2. Time change!!!

The students have been busy getting ready for their much anticipated Alverno Fall Play, Middletown. They will be on campus rehearsing and finalizing their lines and will need nourishment to get through these rigorous days. We are asking 3 parents to coordinate a meal for the cast/crew --please add your contact information (email and phone number).
Some suggestions are Panda Express, Pollo Loco, In and Out Burgers (chips/cookie on the side), Pizza/Pasta and Salad/Salad dressing, Tacos/Burritos, Subway sandwiches and chips/cookies --we will need a meal for 35 people. Please consider those students who are vegetarian and/or have nut/dairy allergy. Please provide plates, napkins, forks, knives and serving utensils.
Meals must be delivered to Alverno -- school cafeteria no later than 1 pm. Serve between 1 and 2 pm. If one parent can stay to help set up and serve and clean up, additional time will be given. Email receipt to apaservicehours@alvernoheights.org.

Each parent will receive 3 hours for this event. For every $25 one (1) hour is applied towards service hours.
